Thank you for shopping at Salazi. We take pride in the quality and comfort of our footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

3. How to Request a Return

Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect (see Section 6). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. Please contact us to begin the exchange process.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
